Ideally taken 30-60 minutes before your workout or immediately post-activity. It can also be used as a high-protein snack or added to breakfast cereal for a nutritious start to your day.
Consume approximately 1 to 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight daily, combining high-protein natural foods with quality supplements like RAISEYS PRO75. Distribute your protein intake evenly throughout the day for best results.
Stirred: If you're without a shaker or blender, RAISEYS PRO75 is instantized for easy mixing. Add one serve (32g) to a glass with 200-250ml of water, milk, or your preferred beverage. Stir vigorously until fully dissolved.
Shaken: Take your shaker to the gym for an immediate post-workout shake. Add one serve of RAISEYS PRO75 to your shaker with 200-250ml of water, milk, or beverage. Shake well for 10-20 seconds.
Blended: Use a blender for a smoother texture. Add one serve of RAISEYS PRO75 to your blender with 200-250ml of water, milk, or beverage. Blend for 10-20 seconds. Add ice cubes for a chilled shake.
Stacked: Enhance your RAISEYS PRO75 shake by adding fruits, berries, or supplements like Creatine, Taurine, and BCAA powders. Consider adding nuts, coconut oil, spinach, eggs, cinnamon, or ginger for additional nutritional benefits.
