Stirred: If you're without a shaker or blender, RAISEYS PRO75 is instantized for easy mixing. Add one serve to a glass with 200-250ml of water, milk, or your preferred beverage. Stir vigorously until fully dissolved.
Shaken: Take your shaker to the gym for an immediate post-workout shake. Add one serve of RAISEYS PRO75 to your shaker with 200-250ml of water, milk, or beverage. Shake well for 10-20 seconds.
